Lachlan is a Brisbane based commercial operator who has built businesses, delivered projects and is now focused on property.
He began his career in 2005 working freelance across Australia’s television networks before acquiring and scaling a broadcast equipment and technical services business to a seven-figure annual turnover. In 2014, he turned his focus to property development, commercial advisory, and project delivery across Southeast Queensland. His experience spans feasibility, procurement, budgeting, approvals, contractor management, and end-to-end project delivery across residential and commercial assets. Working from an owner-side position with personal capital at risk, he brings a commercially grounded and highly practical perspective to development and delivery.
Lachlan also brings broad advisory experience across private business, real estate, and professional services, with strengths in stakeholder management, operational improvement, and growth strategy.
He is completing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Queensland, holds a Bachelor of Business from QUT, and holds a current Queensland Real Estate Licence.

Matched Image Pty Ltd — Managing Director, 2009–2014 Built and scaled a broadcast equipment and technical services business to seven-figure annual turnover with five staff and approximately $3M in plant and machinery. Led all business development, commercial negotiation, procurement, and delivery operations before exiting the business in 2014.
Residential Development — Greenslopes End-to-end delivery of a large-scale residential rebuild, including budgeting, consultant coordination, contractor management, and delivery oversight.
Commercial Redevelopment — Sumner Delivery management of a commercial warehouse redevelopment, covering procurement, capital works, and contractor coordination.
Character Renovation — Norman Park Full renovation of his current principal residence, managing all phases from design input through to completion.
